We hand make all of our Italian, German, Chicken, and Turkey Sausages.  Our complete line-up of Gourmet Ready-to-Cook items, like our famous Bentley's Bleu Burgers, are all hand made using only the freshest and all natural ingredients with no Preservatives. 

Our list includes New York Steaks Stuffed with Shallots and Bleu Cheese, Tri-tips Stuffed with Roasted Pepper and Pepper Jack Cheese, Marinated Beef, Chicken and Lamb Kabobs and Stuffed Flank Steaks.  This is only a small portion of our Specialty Gourmet items we make fresh here at Bentley's Market.

Basil is at the top of the list of “best buys” at summertime.  With its sweet wonderful aroma and flavor, fresh Basil is one of the most popular herbs during the summertime.  From a Cold Tomato Basil Soup to a light and simple Pesto Pasta, enjoy the flavor of summer with Basil! 

Basil is best used fresh so remember to add during the last few minutes of cooking.  For storing, place the cut stems in water on the windowsill instead of the refrigerator for an extra week of freshness.

We're celebrating JULY in the Floral Department at Bentley's.  Our gift shop area has wonderful summer kitchen and BBQ accessories. Our garden area has quality coir rugs with stars and stripes and firework patterns.  All items on sate now.

Bentley's Floral Department is the place for BRIDES!  The Floral Department at Bentley's offers FREE consultations.  We are happy to sit down and talk with you to offer ideas and give you estimates.  Bentley's Floral designers are eager to help you make your wedding dreams come true!

Roy Harland is focusing on the Prepared Foods to showcase the flavors and techniques he’s developed for so many years.  And we have some excellent items that we’ll certainly want to keep.  His hope is to work with local farmers, bring in more organic produce and make sure that we’re using the healthiest products and ingredients available to Fresno.
