Winter is in full swing at Bentley’s Bistro! We have a full menu of satisfying comfort foods to warm and fill you up during these cold months.

Our braised items, like the 48-hour Short Ribs, are meltingly moist and tender cooked sous-vide style and served with Bacon Macaroni and Cheese, the ultimate comfort food. Our braised Lambs Shanks are definitely the best you’ll ever find! They are cooked at super low temperatures so the succulent meat almost falls off the bone by just looking at them. Also on the menu, our Roasted Chicken, brined with lemon and herbs and whole roasted, is the crispiest and juiciest roasted chicken there is!

Bentley’s Bistro is NOW featuring items prepared sous-vide style, a method that maintains the integrity of ingredients by heating them for an extended period of time at relatively low temperatures tenderizing and intensifying the flavors as food cooks in its own juices. Food is cooked for a long time, sometimes well over 24 hours. The sous-vide technique is so gentle that it preserves many nutritional qualities that other cooking methods tend to destroy. In addition, sous-vide cooking requires little if any butter or oil, making it ideal for the preparation of low-fat dishes.
