The Cheese Department at Bentley's is constantly adding NEW handcrafted cheeses to meet the growing demand.  Come in for a SAMPLE.
 
One bite of a Cave-Aged Gruyere or Brillat Savarin can be life changing!  Don't miss these and several other new cheeses we've added to our case recently that are selling briskly.  Europeans have long enjoyed the pleasures of fine handcrafted cheese, but it's a relatively new frontier here in America.  Great cheeses can be enjoyed for two or three dollars per person as an appetizer or even dessert.
