This month at Bentley’s Bistro executive chef Justin Shannon will focus on heirloom tomatoes. July and August are the prime months for local heirloom tomatoes and we are going to use them in many different dishes. We will have different tomato salads including the Classic Caprese and other recipes. We also will use these flavorful tomatoes in cold soups such as Cold Tomato or Melon Gazpacho to refresh from the heat!
Also NEW to Bentley’s Bistro are brand new Lunch, Dinner and Brunch menus targeted to be in full swing by August 4, 2008. The new menus are emphasizing the fresh and organic items featured in Bentley’s Fresh Market. Justin Shannon has brought his extensive knowledge and skills as a chef from such restaurants as the French Laundry and Bouchon both in the Napa Valley.
Bentley’s new menus will stay true to the Bistro style however infused with rich and fresh flavor at a reasonable price. All of us here at Bentley’s Bistro are determined to provide the best food and service in Fresno! |
