Halibut from the North Pacific’s icy waters are prized for its delicate sweet flavor, snow-white color and firm flaky meat. It is an excellent source of high quality protein and minerals, low in sodium, fat and calories.
Pacific Halibut is caught in a responsible, renewable fishery by long line in the Northern Pacific, greatly minimizing the accidental by-catch. Fresh Alaskan Halibut Steaks are favorites for Broiling & Grilling while Alaskan Halibut Filets are usually Poached or Baked.
