What do I cook after the holidays? Try a good mix of vegetables, like baby bok choy, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, and stir-fry them with your choice of meat or chicken.  Another easy menu: a crock-pot full of potatoes, carrots, onions, green beans, cabbage and throw in your favorite meat… Oh, so delicious and simple!

Its summertime across the world in Chile and you know what that means: cherries, apricots, grapes, peaches, plums and nectarines are arriving as I speak! We have the sweetest Navel oranges farmed in Madera - no sprays or waxes - only 0.29˘ lb. Blood Cara Cara oranges are in and looking good. February will bring a new crop of strawberries from down South for your favorite Valentine and they are so delicious dipped in chocolate. Remember, “Fresh makes it best!”
