2004 Quartet
R.S. $112.56 $9.38 $14.00
For those of you with a sweeter
palette we created the Quartet R. S. This wine is composed of the same four
grapes as the Summer Quartet; Chardonnay, Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, and
Muscat, but it also has 2% Residual Sugar. A bouquet of flowers and orange
blossoms, give way to the taste of Honeysuckle Nectar. A sure pleaser for any
sweet tooth.
2002
Syrah $112.56 $9.38 $14.00
The Syrah grapes used to make this medium body wine were
grown by one of the valleys premier wine grape growers, Frank Saviez.
Franks dedication to quality and the rich fertile soils of the San Joaquin
River bluff, helped produce a wine with rich dense berry, and bitter chocolate
flavors, with aromas of smoke, black tea. Enjoy with a nice meal of beef, lamb,
or any wild game.
2002 Cabernet
Shiraz $144.72 $12.06 $18.00
Synergy is the perfect description for marvelous blend of
Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The big smoke, berries and black tea
characters of the Syrah, meld with the pleasant cherry and black pepper of the
Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has a solid structure with some young
tannins that will develop brilliantly over the next 5-10 years.
Enjoy with any beef, lamb, or wild game.
2001 Clark Ranch
Zinfandel $209.04 $17.42 $26.00
Chocolate
and Blueberries are abundant in this huge red Zinfandel. Solid tannin composition and 30 months in
American Oak barrels have left this wine with a huge mouth feel and very
concentrated layers of aromas and flavors.
Pairs well with any chocolate, game, venison, or lamb.
2002 Mulino
100%
new French Oak barrels helped provide the soft toasty structure in the
Sangiovese base of this soft finessed wine.
Merlot was added for a slight earthiness, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon
for just a hint of smoke and tannins.
Very well rounded wine, pairs well with a holiday ham, goose, or strong
cheese platter.
