Our Bistro is attracting lots of attention these nights with Justin's NEW $24 PRIX FIXE dinner menu. The menu, available through September offers fresh seafood dishes, steaks, an amazing roast chicken, fine cheeses, pasta and vegetarian dishes. 
 
Justin's subtle touch is evident throughout the menu with items you won't see anywhere.  His Crispy Asparagus is a must try dish.  Each spear is wrapped in a paper-thin pastry and quickly fried to perfection, then served with a wonderful aioli on the side.  And you'll not find a more imaginative Caprese Salad anywhere; this one sports little jewels of compressed cucumber.  Even the Simple Mixed Green Salad is made with baby mesclun greens from a local organic farmer so fresh and flavorful that the light vinaigrette is secondary.  The Wild Halibut from pristine Alaskan waters and the Crisped Skin Arctic Char are still available and both are getting rave reviews.  Oysters on the half shell are offered when really nice ones are available.  Of course beef is well represented with melt-in-the-mouth Braised Short Ribs, Dry-Aged Rib-eye Steaks and a Filet Mignon.  A $10 and $12 supplement is added for the latter two steaks, respectively. 
 
Get this!!!  Since VALUE seems to be the key word these days, the Bistro will SOON be offering House Wines by the glass for as little as $5.  In addition to his world class wine list, Francois, has selected a few delicious wines to offer for everyday casual drinking.  You'll be surprised at the quality and delicacy of these wines.
 
At lunch look for Healthy Entree Salads, being offered for UNDER $10, featuring ALL NATURAL meats, chicken, whole grains, nuts, ORGANIC greens and vegetables and LOW in sodium and fats, prepared with NO preservatives, MSG or other unnatural additives.  Justin and I are working on these items to be offered SOON.  And we'll guarantee SUPER-FAST SERVICE on these items as well.
 
A NEW list of a la carte DESSERTS will temp you with things like Crispy Beignets with Mocha Creme for dipping and Berry Crisp with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.  An amazing rendition of the Classic Chocolate Mousse also appeared recently on the ever-changing list of treats.
