BBB Issues Alert for Phishing Attack Targeting Thousands of Businesses and Consumers
Scam uses the “BBB” Name to Attract Victims

The old phishing scam is back with a new twist AND a new victim - the BBB - but more importantly, potentially thousands of businesses and consumers that click on the "spoofed" link(s) are the victims of a vicious virus attack...

If you have received this or similar email, please PRINT IT and FAX IT to Nan at the BBB - 806.763.1419 then DELETE IT.  DO NOT open it.  If you already DELETED IT, we would still like to know if you received one.  We do not know at this time if this scam has hit the South Plains and hearing from you will help us in working with law enforcement.
