Sometimes in today’s fast-paced world, companies forget the basic rules of an ethical marketplace in their effort to capture the elusive share of the pie.

The BBB Ethics Award recognizes those businesses in Central California who are committed to maintaining exceptionally high standards of ethical behavior.

The BBB, founded with a mission to see that all share in the opportunity through a fair and equitable marketplace, has established this award to gain public recognition for local businesses that maintain a solid commitment to conducting their business practices in an ethical fashion.

Nominations for this award may be made by any person, company or organization. Companies do not have to be a BBB member to be nominated. Candidates will be evaluated by an independent panel of judges. Nominations can be submitted online by visiting www.cencal.bbb.org/ethics or you can request a form by calling 1.800.675.8118.

Winners of the Ethics Awards will be representing Central Calfornia in the BBB’s 2010 International Torch Awards help in Arlington, VA.
