Watch for Request-a-Quotes:
Your BBB wants to drive business your way!

With discretionary dollars at a premium, and consumers becoming better educated about what they want, driving business through your doors is more important than ever.  Consumers want to do business with companies they trust and that means you, the Accredited Businesses of the BBB.  With Request a Quote, you have the opportunity to reach out and communicate with consumers without spending a single advertising dime.

Request-a-Quote is designed to bring consumers and BBB Accredited Businesses together in an easy, streamlined environment.  Users can request a quote from multiple or individual companies with just a click of a finger.  They simply type in what kind of business or service they are looking for, fill out some basic information on the needed job or service and send in the request.

BBB Accredited Businesses are encouraged to provide an email address as this will be the quickest method of contact.  Companies that have not provided a valid email will receive their quotes via fax or mail. As an Accredited Business, you are automatically enrolled in the program.

Your responsibility is simply to read the message and respond with an estimated quote for services.  If you feel you need more information, you can contact the consumer before making your quote.

Request-a-Quote is a free service for both businesses and consumers.  But it is important to remember that Request-A-Quote only works when you, as an Accredited Business, return the quote request.

So, watch your e-mail or fax and take advantage of consumers asking to do business with you.
