AOPL Welcomes New President
Shirley NeffOn Nov. 15, Shirley Neff joined the Association of Oil Pipe Lines as president.  Most recently, she served as an adjunct lecturer and research scholar at Columbia University’s Center for Energy, Marine Transportation and Public Policy. She is also the current president of the U.S. Association for Energy Economics (USAEE), a professional organization.

Joint Survey Program Gauges Effectiveness of Pipeline Public Awareness Efforts
The Association of Oil Pipe Lines (AOPL), the American Petroleum Institute (API) and the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) are conducting a joint survey program to help pipeline operators measure the effectiveness of their public awareness programs. A total of 28 liquids and gas transmission companies have signed up for the program.
