Comments on Low-Stress and Rural Gathering Line Notice
November was the deadline for comments on the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s proposed rules for regulating oil pipelines operated at low stress and for rural gathering lines. To see the comments go to http://dms.dot.gov, click on “simple search” and enter 15864 as the docket number. API, several independent producer associations, and Carl Weimer of the Pipeline Safety Trust, among others, posted comments.
