The Town of Smither's "Tourism Advisory Committee" and the Smithers District Chamber of Commerce have partnered in offering a 50% discount for SuperHost courses. The objective in this partnership is to support a goal of having Smithers declared a 'recognized SuperHost Community'. In order to achieve this recognition, Smithers needs to have 60% of its businesses recognized a "SuperHost trained businesses". This is accomplished by having 60% of a business' staff trained in one or more SuperHost courses.
