Capitol Steps
by State Representative Ken Paxton

We often overlook the magnificence that is the Texas Capitol, the building itself. Even after spending the better part of 2003 in session within the Capitol, I never cease to marvel at the beautiful architecture and the history that surrounds the building. Therefore, over the next few weeks, I will discuss the roles of various offices in Texas.
