Chairman's Message
by Bob Rothe, Chairman

Bob Rothe, Chairman of the Board There is probably going to be an alcohol election in Allen within the year. On September 1st, the law changed making it much easier to get these kinds of proposals on the ballot. A political action committee has been formed and they are attempting to place proposals on the February 7, 2004 ballot. There are actually three different proposals that can be voted on: beer and wine sales, elimination of the private club requirement for restaurants and liquor stores.
