Allen residents are asked to vote on funding for a regional performing arts center to be shared with McKinney, Frisco and Plano and for a recreational center for Allen's seniors. The Chamber Board of Directors voted at their September meeting to adopt a resolution in support of the arts center.

million in bonds so that Collin County could partner with local cities in the expansion and in some cases the creation of their parks programs. With Collin County being one of the fastest
