Click here to access a pdf Sponsorship Form. Celebrate Allen 2007, Viva Las Vegas By Kat Donnell It is once again that time of year when the Allen Chamber, our city and residents come together to “Celebrate Allen.” The Chamber’s 2007 Celebrate Allen event will be held on March 10th at Southfork Ranch. This year’s theme is Casino Night; an Elvis-sighting, show-girl prancing and a fun-loving good time to be enjoyed by all! The fun will begin at 6:30pm as the event kicks off with a casino party, wine reception and silent auction. Dinner will be served at 7:30 and in true fashion, a Viva Las Vegas theme will be prepared by a staff that is a three time winner of the “Facility of the Year Award” by the DFW Chapter of Meeting Planners International. .There are so many people in our community that have helped make us a great place to live and do business. Now is the time to let us know who you think should be recognized. The awards that will be given at this event are The Major Corporation Award: granted from the awards committee from nominations by the non- profit community in recognition of corporate generosity of time, talent and financial resources, The Small Business Award: granted by the awards committee from nominations by members of the chamber in recognition of achievements and success in the marketplace along with their contributions to the chamber and community, The Pacesetter Award- Chamber Member of the Year: awarded to past and present members of the chamber who have provided distinguished leadership or service to this organization. This award is granted from the awards committee from nominations from the officers and members of the chamber. It recognizes those activities which increase participation and membership in the chamber and leadership in providing guidance and direction in promoting activities which sustain and nurtures the chamber: and the Spirit of Allen Award- Citizen of the Year: awarded to an individual or group exemplifying the positive spirit at work in this community. This award is granted by the residents of Allen in recognition of activities which promote civic pride, an action which places service to others above self, and/ or an event which demonstrates the strength, energy and resourcefulness of Allen. As a major fundraiser for the Allen Chamber of Commerce, there are different levels of sponsorship available. The event can be underwritten for $3,000. This includes 20 tickets (two tables), the company name or logo included in all event publicity, special recognition at the event and reception, recognition in the evenings program A $2,000 Corporate Sponsorship includes 10 tickets (one table) with preferred seating, company name or logo in all event publicity, special recognition at the event and reception and recognition in the evenings program. The $800 Sponsorship includes 10 tickets (one table), recognition in the program and special recognition at the event. $500 sponsorship includes 4 tickets to the event plus the recognition mentioned above. Other sponsorships available include Wine Reception and Casino Table underwriting as well. A $250 Auction Underwriter or monetary donation will get recognition with the item and in the program. A silent or live auction donor will receive recognition with the item and in the program. Great opportunities to get your company recognized, treat employees and guests to a fun-filled evening and provide much needed revenue for the Chamber. Individual tickets are available for $80.00 each or $150.00 per couple. A portion of the ticket price is tax deductive.
