Chamber members Lee Forsythe, Debbie Panos of Arbonne International and Jesse Patlan of Roly Poly Rolled Sandwiches are among those who attended the Chamber’s New Member Orientation.
 
The Allen Economic Development Corporation recently hosted their annual Millennium Awards Luncheon on September 14, 2004 at the Hilton Garden Inn.  The Allen Chamber of Commerce and Inside Collin County Business co-sponsored the event. 
 
This year’s award winners reflect the vision, courage, persistence, and ultimately the success, of businesses and an individual who have played an integral role in shaping Allen to become the special community it is today.  These people and companies have made significant contributions to economic development in Allen.  The 2004 Millennium Award Winners included:
 

 
Bruce Heller, president of JaRyCo Development, was presented the Individual Award.



 
Frank O’Reilly, Vice President of Operations for Sanmina-SCI, was presented with the National Corporate Manufacturing Award.


 

 
James Montgomery, Regional Director of Operations for Gateway Hospitality Group and General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn, accepts the Retail/Service Award on behalf of the Hilton Garden Inn.



 
Steve Meier, President of SMA Architects, was presented with the Independent Business award.
