INSIDE THE BOX

With

Thinking Quicker on Your Feet (and Much, Much More)

Spontaneity, thinking quicker on your feet, and trust cannot be learned from lectures or a book.  It must be experienced and it must be fun for any transformation to occur.  Get ready for some entertaining and informative exercises.  During this unique experiential presentation, participants begin learning to censor their self-judgment enabling the flow of productivity to move in a shorter/faster time frame.  We will heighten our communication skills enabling teams to be more cohesive and leaders more effective.  You no longer need to “think outside the box,” or design some new paradigm.  The innovative environment you crave is already INSIDE the company, team, and individual – waiting to be realized.

Maxine Shapiro, a twenty four-year veteran of the business world and financial industry,
spent fifteen years at the Chicago Board of Trade, gaining a thorough comprehension of
the markets and building a strong foundation of business expertise. Also an accomplished
actor and comedienne, Maxine performed regularly in Chicago’s vibrant off-loop theatre
scene, and was a student of the Second City Improv Lab. After moving to Dallas in 1995,
she brought both of these strengths together in the daily “Dillon Gage Financial Report”
on radio station KRLD – delivering popular commentaries on all facets of the market.
Her unusual approach, blending humor with down to earth analysis, brought her attention
and praise.  She moved on to North Texas public radio station KERA, continuing her
savvy commentary on the daily “Marketplace Midday.” She was also a regular guest on
nationally syndicated “Marketplace Morning Report.” The same discernment, warmth, and
vivaciousness that characterize her radio personality put her in demand as a public
speaker. Maxine now brings her creative energy and innovative spirit back into the
business community. Diverse groups have experienced the transformational effects of
her INSIDE THE BOX™ workshops.  Maxine employs experiential techniques that enhance
creative flow, spontaneity, team, and leadership building all in a fun and trusting
environment.
