The Ambassadors of the Allen Chamber of Commerce helped welcome
Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory to Allen.  Abbe Hitchcock, owner,
and her staff celebrated their opening with a Ribbon Cutting for friends
and family.  Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is located in the
Allen Premium Outlets at 820 W. Stacy in Allen.
