LIFE MOVING TOO FAST?

Strategies for Living Healthier with Balance
Based on human nature, knowing what you need to do to be healthier, less stressed, and more
balanced doesn’t always mean you do it.  Making changes in our behaviors is difficult and
most times unsustainable.  Totally Alive Program (TAP) can help you make the changes that
will improve your life and make you feel energized, renewed, balanced and peaceful.

Sharon Redd, M.Ed., LPC is dedicated to advancement of wellness work/life balance.  She uses her 30 years of experience as an educator, psychotherapist, executive coach and consultant to create a successful wellness program that produces results.  Sharon is a visionary in the field of human consciousness and wellness.   In addition to her M.Ed., Sharon is a licensed counselor and has earned therapeutic certifications in Bioenergetics Analysis, EMDR and Imago Relationship Therapy.  She is also a supervisor for licensing professional counselors and CE provider for: LPC, LMFT, LSSW
