Luncheon Sponsorships

As a sponsoring member you have ten (10) minutes on the program to talk about your company, make presentations, recognize individuals or introduce members of your staff to Allen’s business community.  You will have a table for displaying items and the opportunity to leave information at each place setting. Prior to the Luncheon, sponsoring businesses are promoted in the Chamber Member…andum (fax) beginning the 4th Friday of the month prior to the luncheon, Inside Collin County Events schedule, and event information submitted to the Allen American Newspaper. Additional promotions: 2 luncheon announcements are sent out via broadcast fax 2 weeks prior to luncheon and sponsors are recognized in the Chamber newsletter.

Prior to the event sponsoring businesses are listed on the Chamber website, the Chamber member…andum (fax) for the month prior to the event, Inside Collin County Events schedule, and event information submitted to the Allen American Newspaper. Additional promotions: Business After Hours announcements sent

Presented by the Small Business Task Force and coordinated by Mark Langford with the Small Business Development Center of CCCC.  Presenters focus on small business issues and concerns. Sponsors are provided time on the program.
 


Eggs & Issues Legislative Breakfasts……………………………………$200.00 each or $750.00 for the 4-part series

Quarterly E & I breakfast meetings are hosted by the Governmental Affairs Committee and feature updates from local, State & National officials.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES
Chamber Connections Sponsorship………………………………………...………..$250.00
Sponsor one month of the Chamber’s online newsletter and receive front page recognition including a business profile.  Sponsorship is limited to one business per edition.
 
Friday Member-andum……………….…………………………..$15 per week/$50 per month
Business card size ad sent out via e-mail or fax to the entire membership of the Allen Chamber of Commerce.  Two sponsors per week.
