Twin Creeks Medical Center
JaRyCo breaks ground on new facility
JaRyCo Development, LLC recently broke ground on the first phase of a three-building, medical office complex. The initial building, Twin Creeks Medical Center One, a two-story, 36,000 square foot building is located in close proximity to Presbyterian Hospital of Allen providing convenient access for physicians in the building. Twin Creeks Medical Center One is designed for small to mid-sized medical tenants desiring
a Class A office environment in a building specifically designed for medical professionals. A two-story atrium
lobby, special electrical and mechanical capacities for medical users, state-of-the-art life safety systems and high speed internet communications are several of the building’s features. The three building complex will ultimately contain in excess of 100,000 square feet and surround a landscaped garden courtyard as an amenity to patients and medical
professionals alike.
“We completed our first project in Allen, The Atrium at 1333 McDermott, last year. The project is currently 90% leased and we saw a significant amount of medical interest during the lease up of this project,” indicated Bruce Heller, President of JaRyCo Development, LLC. “We felt the demand for a high quality building designed specifically for medical professionals in Allen is definitely very strong.”
Twin Creeks Medical Center One is designed for tenants who wish to lease their medical space. Twin Creeks Medical Center Two
(the second building planned) will provide an opportunity for medical professionals to purchase office condominium interest in the building and build equity with their facilities. “We not
only have strong interest from leasing tenants for Twin Creeks Medical Center One,” stated John Waller, leasing agent with Transwestern Property Services, “but also have interest from several doctors regarding condominium ownership for Twin Creeks Medical Center Two.”
“The $5 million roject is set to start construction this summer with construction to be ompleted by year end,” stated Charisse Reaume, Executive Director of Allen Economic Development Corp. “It will complement Allen’s growing medical community and help fulfill the demand for medical space in the area.”
JaRyCo Development was formed in 2001 and specializes in development projects specifically designed for small to mid-sized tenants. While the company currently has a number of projects in various cities throughout the state, emphasis has been placed on high quality development in JaRyCo’s home town of Allen, Texas. “We not only enjoy developing our projects in Allen, but also enjoy being an integral part of the community in many ways,” stated Heller.
