Leadership Allen Class XV
The Leadership Allen Class XV spent a weekend together at Camp Summit for the orientation retreat. There are 17 participants in the class and all attended the event. The group participated in several get-acquainted and team-building activities. David Sterling was elected as class president and had this to say about the weekend, “…I had a wonderful time. The time spent getting to know each and every one of my classmates was a joy. I learned a lot from each person here.” Other class members enjoyed the weekend as well. “The beds, meals, and misquotes will quickly be forgotten. The friendships, lessons and that ‘zipping rush’ are what will be remembered forever! I’m really looking forward to the next nine months” – Ellen Thomas. “If the weekend was a preview of the months to come, we are going to be in great shape for this class and for years to come” – Larry Nordgaard.
