Alliances:  A Power Growth Strategy for Small Business  Cynthia Coldren of C2 Communications,LLC
With the right alliance partners, you can expand your business, offer more services – even share marketing costs.
But how do you select the right alliance partners?  And what does it take to make an alliance really work?
In this presentation, you’ll learn
·        The five types of alliance arrangements;
·        How to identify the right partners, and
·        What steps to take to start your own successful alliance program.
Cynthia Coldren is managing partner and principal in C2 Communications LLC, a structural marketing consulting group she co-founded to help organizations rethink their marketing strategies and achieve bottom-line results.

With more than twenty years experience as a marketing and sales professional, Cynthia has effectively directed business-to-business marketing, brand management, and communications efforts for technology companies such as Cyrix, National Semiconductor, and Intrusion, Inc. She also managed regional sales and marketing of financial planning programs as a vice president and account executive with E.F. Hutton and Company, a Fortune-ranked investment firm acquired by Shearson-American Express.

Cynthia is a member of the Collin County Parks Foundation Advisory Board, the Richardson Chamber of
Commerce, the Metroplex Technology Business Council, and
the Alliance of Technology and Women. She facilitates a job networking and support group and
for the last five years has coached youth basketball. She lives in Richardson, Texas with her husband of 22 years and their two daughters.

Workshops are presented from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, 750 Central Expressway South, Allen.  The cost is $20 and includes full breakfast and handouts, if applicable.
