Millennium Awards Luncheon

The Allen Economic Development Corporation (AEDC) will recognize oustanding businesses at the annual Millennium Business Awards Luncheon. In its fifth year, the award is the highest honor the AEDC bestows on Allen companies that promote excellence in business and contributing back into the community. An individual who has contributed time and effort to the advancement of economic development in Allen is also recognized.

Awards will be presented in four categories: National/Corporate Manufacturing, including major industries and headquarters with more than 50 employees; Local Independent Business, recognizing service providers, small retail and businesses with less than 50 employees; Retail/Service honoring large retailers, hospitals, and service providers with 50+ employees; and the Individual Category.

The Millennium Business Awards Luncheon will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Allen on Tuesday, September 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The luncheon is co-sponsored by Inside Collin County Business and the Allen Chamber of Commerce and is open to the public. For more information contact Jennifer Grimm, AEDC Marketing Director, 972-727-0212.
