Women In Support of Enterprise

Management Skills Resource Inc. works with organizations that want to build the confidence and competence of their management teams.  We believe that managers who receive the tools, guidelines and training to perform their jobs are the keys to organizational success. Our training workshop topics focus on the "people skills" managers need to be effective in their positions, which leads to increased retention and morale of the workforce.

Your company has its own culture, policies and procedures. And you address change and handle new challenges differently than any other organization. That's why Management Skills Resource customizes all our workshops. All workshops include hands-on activities where the participant takes an active role in their learning.  Learning is enjoyable and has a lasting impact.

Flexibility is our motto. Workshops can be held in half or full day segments, over a several day management retreat or as part of an ongoing periodic series.

Deborah Avrin, President, brings over 18 years human resources and training experience to her company. Her coaching skills have assisted countless managers to improve their performance in such diverse industries as financial services, manufacturing, education, non-profit and telecommunications. She holds an MS in Organizational Behavior and a BBA in Human Resources degree.  Deborah has taught the human resources certification course at the University of Dallas for over 4 semesters and regularly volunteers with the Dallas HR Association and the American Society for Training and Development.

Company Values:
·        We listen to our customers' needs and challenges
·        We develop long-term relationships with our customers
·        We deliver training workshops that accomplish defined objectives
·        And participants enjoy workshop activities in a safe, interactive environment

Making the Communication Connection - Have you ever wondered why you are able to communicate and get along better with some people better than others? Come and learn about your preferred style, people reading and how to adapt for improved communication and reduced conflict.  Your facilitator is Deborah Avrin, President of Management Skills Resource, Inc.  What others have said about the program: "Very effective program for people to understand how to relate to each other."
