Answer: Superintendent of Schools – Allen ISD – since August 2000.

Answer: 3 years
Question: How long have you been in the Allen area and where are you originally from?
Answer: Moved to Allen in July 2000. Originally from Gladewater, TX
Question: What is the best advice you have received?
Answer: “Trust, but verify.” (Ronald Reagan)
Question: What is your business philosophy?
Answer: Create an environment where individuals can realize their potential and be happy in the workplace. Always respect the child and be a support to each other.
Question: What is your outlook on the Allen area for the next few years?
Answer: Allen will continue to be the vibrant community it is today….because Allen citizens value the sense of community that we all feel here. Efforts will be focused on maintaining that “small town feeling” as we continue to grow.
