Early Voting Schedule Early voting will begin on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 and run through Tuesday, April 29, 2003. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at City Hall in Allen. Extended voting hours will be held on Thursday, April 24 from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you are unable to cast an early vote, the polls are open on Election Day on May 3, 2003 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Remember, Your Vote Counts!
