BUSINESS FOR BREAKFAST

The Allen Chamber, in conjunction with the Small Business Development Center at Collin County Community College, is preparing the next in our series of Business for Breakfast workshops entitled Strategies on Survival - Part II.

We received some very valuable feedback from the last workshop held in November.  Almost half of those in attendance took the time to respond to our survey about future topics and which might be most valuable to them.  From those responses we selected six topics to address:

Business Strategy and Growth
How does the customer buy and use your product and services?
Why knowing “what not to do” may be just as important as “what you should be doing.”
Sales
Using strategic alliances to build sales.
     Service and selling.
Finances
How profit happens and how you can design your business so that it captures more of it.
Why you can’t afford to be the cheapest on the block.

We hope you will plan to attend and bring another business owner or manager with you.
Cost is $20.00 for chamber members and $25.00 for non-members and includes breakfast and handouts, if applicable.  You may purchase the entire four-part seminar series for $70 members; $85 for non-members.
