The Eggs and Issues Breakfast on November 8, 2002 will address the consolidation debate between the Allen and Lovejoy Independent School Districts. A presentation will be made regarding the impact that a possible consolidation may have on both districts.
Carol Ray, Superintendent of Lovejoy ISD and Jenny Preston, Superintendent of Allen ISD will present arguments for and against consolidation.
The quarterly Eggs and Issues Breakfast is presented by the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Allen Chamber of Commerce. The breakfast will be held on Friday, November 8, 2002 at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 705 Central Expressway South from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. The cost is $10 for chamber members and $12 for non-members.
