Allen residents are asked to vote on funding for a regional performing arts center to be shared with McKinney, Frisco and Plano and for a recreational center for Allen's seniors. The Chamber Board of Directors voted at their September meeting to adopt a resolution in support of the arts center. Frisco voters have already approved the funding for the facility.
