Leadership Allen Class XIV began their sessions with a weekend retreat featuring a program overview, concensus building exercises and challenge course. Thirteen almost-strangers ended the weekend with a new appreciation for overcoming personal challenges at the top of a 30' telephone pole and for one another as they began the process of determining a class project for this year.
