EPS Archive™ is an enterprise solution used to archive data and check or coupon image files for sites which need to store several days, months or years worth of information for future recall. It takes  information from the TMS Image™ or any other transaction production environment and copies it into a Microsoft SQL database. SQL provides a flexible, open environment that is compatible with industry standards.
EPS Archive with NetQuery provides internal and external users with instant, totally-secure online access to information stored in EPS Archive. Because it's a LAN/WAN-based system, users outside of the remittance or check processing department - even outside your organization - can access information via the Internet or intranet. EPS NetQuery™ gives you and your customers the flexibility to view data and images stored remotely or from a remote location. All that you need is a standard Web browser. No additional Internet-related software is required.

You can archive images and data for all accounts or just select accounts for a specific day. Transaction information is stored based on worksource. A search function allows the operator to look up a transaction and associated images using standard and/or customized search criteria.  Highly-Secure Access
Firewalls, encryption software and login passwords provide totally safe access to data and images in the archive. A new feature gives you the flexibility to set password expiration dates for added security. You can also choose between a two-tier architecture, when access is only required internally through an intranet, or a three-tier architecture that gives customers ore remote employees access via the Internet. The three-tiered Internet architecture provides an additional layer of security by using triple DES encryption of passwords as well as AES algorithms.
