Visible Light Flood System
High Intensity Visible Flood System cures adhesives on automated production lines
 Introducing the new Loctite® Indigo™ 7418 Visible Flood System, a high-intensity benchtop modular light cure system designed to cure Loctite® 3552™ and Loctite® 3553™ visible light cure adhesives. Equipped with a four inch, 400 watt visible arc lamp, the system will cure adhesive in an area of two inches by four inches.
Designed for mounting over existing material handling systems such as conveyors, the Loctite® Indigo™ 7418 Visible Flood System accepts multiple part sizes and can be stacked side by side to expand the effective cure area. The unit emits light in wavelengths greater than 400 nm, with a typical maximum irradiance of 400 mW/cm2 at a two inch distance. With proper handling and maintenance, bulb life is estimated at 2000 hours. A glass barrier shields and protects the bulb from direct contact.
The Loctite® Indigo™ 7418 Visible Flood System is 13 inches long by 5 inches wide by 6 inches high, weighs approximately 16 pounds, and operates off its own individual power supply.
